Terms of Sale — AO Platform
The agreement for AO Platform packages. The seller is Soft Dev Oy.
1. Seller
These Terms govern the sale of AO Platform packages. The seller is Soft Dev Oy, Business ID (Y-tunnus) 3335497-2, VAT FI33354972, Riihenmäentie 7, 04600 Mäntsälä, Finland ("we", "Seller"). AO Platform is a product of Soft Dev Oy. The buyer is the person or company that places an order ("you", "Customer").
2. Definitions
Platform — the AO Platform service at platform.axis-ordo.com. Workspace — your account on the Platform, owned by one account owner. Package — a set of AI agents, tools and limits sold for a subscription term. Agent — an AI assistant that performs tasks with the model ("brain") and tools ("hands") included in the package. Seat — a user place in the workspace. AI budget — the monthly amount of model usage included in the package.
3. Subject of the contract
We give you access to the Platform within the package you choose, for the paid subscription term. The current content of each package (agents, tools, seats, storage, AI budget) is shown on its page at axis-ordo.com at the time of order. Additional agents, seats and storage can be bought separately in your workspace.
4. Order and sign-up
You place an order on axis-ordo.com: choose a package and a term, enter your email and pay. A confirmation code is sent to that email; it is also your sign-in to the Platform. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. If the email already has an account, you buy the package from inside your workspace.
5. Price and payment
Prices are in euros and shown per month. Paying for a longer term (from 1 to 24 months) gives a discount shown before payment. The whole term is paid in advance. Payment is made by card, PayPal or cryptocurrency through our payment providers; we do not store card details. Taxes, including VAT, are calculated by our payment provider based on your country and VAT number and are shown before you pay. After payment you receive an invoice by email.
6. Term and renewal
The subscription runs for the paid term. The price you paid is locked for the life of your subscription: later price changes do not apply to it. At the end of the term the subscription renews for the same term at the same price unless you cancel before the end date.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time in your workspace. Cancellation means the subscription is not renewed: it stays active until the end of the paid term, and you can resume it before that date at the same price. Payments for a term that has already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it or we cannot provide the service through our fault.
8. Customer obligations
You use the Platform only lawfully and within the limits of your package. AI requests go only through the Platform and are paid from the package's AI budget; your own model provider keys cannot be used. You keep your sign-in secure and are responsible for actions taken in your workspace. Seats are for named users; a seat is paid per place, not per person.
9. AI-generated results
Agents produce results with AI models. Results may contain errors; check them before you rely on them, especially before publishing, sending or making decisions. Actions that agents take outside the Platform (for example, publishing posts) are taken on your instruction and under your responsibility.
10. Data
Your content and data stay yours. We process personal data under our Privacy Policy, published on this site. We do not store the bodies of AI requests and answers beyond what is needed to provide the service.
11. Liability
We provide the Platform as available and work to keep it running. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term, and we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profit. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
12. Changes, governing law and contacts
We may update these Terms; the new version applies from the date shown on it and does not change the price of an active subscription. These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are first settled by negotiation, then in the District Court of Helsinki; consumers keep the right to the courts of their place of residence. Contact: support@softdev.fi, +358 44 962 3054.
