Is it hard to use?
No. You write or say the task in plain words — no programming and no technical know-how needed.
AI “ONA” and agents
Who is AI “ONA”?
Your personal assistant. You talk to her in plain words, she hands out tasks to the agents, keeps an eye on their work and gives you the finished result.
What is an agent, and why is it better than a chatbot?
A chatbot answers with text. An agent takes actions until the result is done: it prepares a document, creates an image, publishes a post — and every step it takes is visible in your workspace.
What can agents do?
Work with PDFs and documents, create images and videos, search the internet, publish on social media, translate and talk by voice. What exactly a package includes is listed on its page.
Can I buy a single agent without a package?
No. An agent always works inside a package. You choose a package first, then add the agents you need to it in your workspace.
Tools
What are tools?
Parts of the platform that finish the job: they create a document, publish a post or send an email. A tool always works together with AI “ONA” or an agent.
Will a tool do anything without me?
No. First AI prepares a draft, you look at it and confirm it — only then does the tool take the action.
Pricing and payment
Can I add an agent without changing my package?
Yes. In your workspace you add agents to the package one at a time; the package price goes up by the cost of the added agents.
Will I overpay if I need more?
No. Anything extra is bought at the same price, with no markup.
Will the price change over time?
No. Your subscription price is locked in for as long as the subscription is active.
Can I pay for a whole year at once?
Yes. Paying for a longer term gives you a discount — it is shown on each package’s card.
How is a business package different from a regular one?
With a business package you can add seats and invite colleagues to your workspace.

Do you have a CRM and an ERP?
Yes, our own. We build the CRM and ERP around each customer’s tasks, and they change as the customer’s work changes.
